WSWSask values all of its club and provincial level coaches.
New and developing coaches can benefit greatly from taking courses to help them hone their skills.
Becoming a coach:
Becoming a coach usually starts at the club level. Club level coaches are encouraged to take the NCCP Fundamentals course to build a base of knowledge about coaching club level athletes. The Fundamentals course is usually offered at the beginning of each season provided there are enough participating coaches.
If you are interested in becoming a coach, please contact your local club or email firstname.lastname@example.org to learn about upcoming courses.
Coaches who work with more advanced athletes are encouraged to continue taking NCCP courses to further increase their knowledge about training and training systems. Water Ski and Wakeboard Canada organizes courses yearly for interested coaches.

Sask Sport and Coaches Association Coaching Opportunities:
Sask Sport and the Coaches Association offer grants, courses, and other programming to further support coaches in Saskatchewan.
Respect in Sport:
All WSWSask coaches need to complete the Sask Sport Respect In Sport (RIS) course.
